One Day Workshop- Palakkad

A one-day workshop on “Structural Engineering – Design of Substructures and Modern Foundation Practices” was held on 4th January 2024 at IRTC, Palakkad, with 21 participants in attendance. The session was led by an expert faculty team comprising Prof. Murari K (Retired Professor, Geotechnical Engineering, NSS College of Engineering, Palakkad), Dr. Biju M.S (Assistant Professor, Department of Civil Engineering, NSS College of Engineering, Palakkad), and Dr. Smitha S (Postdoctoral Fellow, Geotechnical Engineering, IIT Palakkad). The workshop provided valuable insights into modern approaches to foundation design and substructure construction practices, offering participants a comprehensive understanding of current trends and practical applications in the field.
